What can the Chateau be booked for?

Our chateau is reserved exclusively for overnight accommodations, much like an Airbnb or VRBO listing. Booking directly with us ensures you avoid any extra fees associated with those services.

When booking with us, you're reserving space for 12 overnight guests and up to 20 visitors total. Please be aware that we only allow extra guests, vendors, caterers, or additional tables and chairs for an extra charge. If you need these extra accommodations, please contact us with specific inquiries.

What are some general rules?

Do Not Disturb Neighbors: Ensure that your stay does not disturb the neighbors. Be mindful of noise levels and traffic.

Music: Use only our speakers provided or your own mini portable speakers. No DJ/Live Band allowed.

Quiet Hours: Outdoor Quiet hours must be observed from 9 PM to 8 AM.

Parking: We offer on-site parking, with the capacity to accommodate 10-12 vehicles, depending on their size. Overnight parking is restricted to on-site parking only. No parking near neighbors' properties during overnight stays.

What is included in the booking fee for your chateau?

Our chateau booking fee grants you exclusive access to the entire property. For owner's privacy, access to the Pool-house is not available for guest use.

Please be aware that the booking fee does not include the cleaning fee, which is a fixed charge of $500 for each stay.

Apart from access to the property and its amenities, no additional services or supplies are provided. Meaning, we don't provide these extra tables/vendors/décor, so the price is purely for the rental of the property.

Check In & Check Out

Host will meet in person for check-in to hand over keys and gate opener.

Check In: 3PM - 5PM

Check Out: 11AM

Setup & Cleaning?

Both the setup and cleanup should be completed within the duration of your booked stay. Cleanup must be finished before your scheduled checkout time. This ensures a smooth and timely transition for your visit.

On-Site Manager?

Our dedicated team is ready to provide on-site assistance during your stay, especially if you require event management. Simply inform us in advance, and we'll be more than happy to help with any special arrangements you have in mind.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

If canceled 30 days or more before check-in: 3% cancellation fee applies.

If canceled within 7 days before check-in: 50% refund available.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 7-day period prior to check-in.

  • Damage Fees: All damage fees start at $1,000.

  • Food and Drink: Please do not leave leftover food or drinks on the property, including in fridges/freezers.

  • Music Regulations: Music is allowed, but please be mindful of neighbors. No DJs or Live Bands. Indoor Speakers are provided (Aux/Bluetooth)

  • No Open Flames: Open flames, such as candles, lanterns, or torches, are not permitted due to fire safety concerns.

  • No Confetti or Glitter: To maintain the estate's cleanliness, the use of confetti, glitter, or similar hard-to-clean decorations is prohibited.

  • Hanging Decorations: While hanging decorations are allowed, they must be removed after the event to restore the property to its original condition.

  • No Permanent Alterations: Decorations that could potentially damage or permanently alter the estate's structure or landscaping are restricted.

Property General Rules:

  • Set-Up and Clean-Up: Setting up and cleaning up must be done within duration of stay.

  • No Access: The pool house will be locked for owner privacy.

  • Guest Count: Please do not exceed 20 people on the property. For larger guest count, please inquire for extra charge.

  • Limited Use of Tape and Adhesives: Using tape, adhesive, or pins on walls, floors, or surfaces is permitted to a certain degree, but must prevent damage.

  • Noise Restrictions: Noisy decorations, like confetti cannons or fireworks, are not allowed to comply with noise ordinances and prevent disturbing nearby residents.

  • Outdoor Structures: Temporary structures, such as archways, marquee tents and dance floors are approved but must be taken down after the event to restore the property to its original condition.

  • Clean-Up Requirements: All clean-up must be completed by the check-out time. The property must be returned to its original condition before booking, or additional cleaning charges will be incurred.
